Refund Policies
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!
Rae Aji Designs offers a 7-day return policy on all items, EXCLUDING CUSTOMIZED ORDERS.
To be eligible for return, the customer MUST:
(1) Notify us via email at Raeajidesigns@gmail.com immediately. Let us know the issue and that you will be returning the item.
(2) Return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery date. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
(3) The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
If these conditions are met, please return to the "sender" address on packaging. If the address is needed again, it will be sent to the customer via email.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE STEPS WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEIT OF YOUR REFUND REQUEST.
Once the item(s) have been received and examined, a refund will be issued to the payment method used at check out. The refund WILL NOT include shipping, as shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the time and level of creation, customized orders are NOT eligible for a refund or return. Once creating has started, no changes can be made.
In the event that a customer receives a damaged custom order, please email photos to Raeajidesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your package is returned for:
1) Incorrect or Insufficient Address
2) Failure to receive and/or pick up from your local post office within the stipulated time frame
You will be contacted to organize a re-delivery. Additional shipping costs will apply and must be paid prior to reshipping.
